Conplast SP500 Superplasticizer Admixture is based on Sulphonated Napthalene Polymers and is supplied as a brown liquid instantly dispersible in water. Conplast SP500 has been specially formulated to give highwater reductions upto 25% without loss of workability or toproduce high quality concrete of reduced permeability.
Usage:
To produce pumpable concrete.
To produce high strength, high grade concrete by substantial reduction in water resulting in low permeability and high early strength.
To produce high workability concrete requiring little or no vibration during placing.
Auramix 400 Superplasticizer Admixture is a unique combination of the latest generation super plasticisers, based on a polycarboxylic ether polymer with long lateral chains. This greatly improves cement dispersion. At the start of the mixing process an electrostatic dispersion occurs but the cement particle’s capacity to separate and disperse. This mechanism considerably reduces the water demand in flowable concrete. Auramix 400 combines the properties of water reduction and workability retention. It allows the production of high performance concrete and/or concrete with high workability. Auramix 400 is a strong superplasticiser allowing production of consistent concrete properties around the required dosage.
